Job Title: Commercial & VIP Waterlab Consultant and Sales Concierge


 

Job Summary:


 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a VIP Waterlab & Commercial Waterlab Customer Service rep and sales concierge. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist VIP water lab customers with their water tests.
  • Help Commercial customers with their water tests.
  • Greet sales customers in our main showroom and alert sales specialists that they are there and any pertinent information.
  • Field questions from customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a fast learner.
  • Enjoy talking to people.
  • Great computer skills.
  • Phone skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
  • Saturday 8am-4pm.

Note:


 

This is a seasonal position with the potential to be year-round for the right person.
