SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks of assigned construction projects, to include tasks related to pre-construction and Purchase Order (PO) execution that results in the project schedule being met by following organizational policies, procedures and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overseeing construction documentation and tracking of contract compliance items, changes orders, subcontract agreements and any other necessary documents to ensure the project is in compliance with applicable law requirements, agency policies and contractual agreements.
- Responsible for establishing, executing and continuously monitoring a comprehensive project documentation program that is accurate, timely and up to date within information such as but not limited to drawings, submittals, RFI’s, punch lists and all communication correspondences.
- Accountable for collecting accurate meeting minutes and circulating reports to appropriate stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring necessary tasks such as obtaining insurances, safety plans, compliance posters are completed.
- Accountable for supporting the Project Management Team in developing and maintaining a detailed schedule for the project that includes tracking progress, capturing images into technology platform, identifying potential delays and executing problems solving resolution.
- Responsible for subcontractor payroll and utilization report tracking.
- Support pre-construction team with bidding and any other requested tasks.
- Accountable for demonstrating behavioral expectations that reinforces our philosophy of “Together, We build on trust” through work performance that exhibits integrity, work ethics and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for performing other duties and tasks as assigned and/or directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education / Experience
o Degree in engineering, construction management or related field with a minimum of two (2) year working in the construction industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
o Construction Industry experience, required.
o Accounting technology platform, preferred.
Knowledge
o Proficient usage of all Microsoft applications, required.
o Construction processes and materials, required.
o Ability to apply practical application to project documentation and construction software, required.

Physical Activities / Demands
o Consistently remain in a stationary position, often sitting for extended periods of time utilizing a computer keyboard and mouse.
o Consistently apply speaking and hearing techniques to communicate with others in exchange of information.
o Frequently walking, reaching, bending, twisting as needed to obtain and access materials in order to accomplish tasks.
o Occasionally lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10lbs.
Environmental Conditions
o Office work environment that may be noisy and temperature climate controlled.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range is based upon the respective level and equitable pay are determined on factors such as but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, ability, experience, education, training, development, supervision, and location.
