For My Sister is a mental health subscription company designed for Black millennial women. We send self-care boxes quarterly, creating a community centered on wellness, sisterhood, and self-love. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented intern to help manage our operations and improve the customer experience.

About the Role
As an Operations & Customer Experience Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our subscription box logistics run smoothly and our customers have an amazing experience. This is a great opportunity to learn about e-commerce, subscription-based businesses, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do
πŸ“Œ Assist with managing subscription box orders, tracking shipments, and handling logistics
πŸ“Œ Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience
πŸ“Œ Research and recommend tools to improve business operations
