Job Description:  

This is technical service work in performing engineering support duties in a variety of engineering specialties. Responsibilities may include coordinating with appropriate personnel to advertise the projects, assist the Contract Engineer in opening bids, assembling contract books, tracking the RFI process, compiling bid amendments, tracking plan holders, maintaining data in AASHTOWare Project systems, and assisting higher level technicians within the unit. Work is performed under general supervision.

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:

Three (3) years of experience in engineering or a related technical field–OR- an Associate Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and one (1) year of experience in engineering.
