HirePrep is selecting one high-performing student per campus to lead our growth at their university. As a Campus Co-Founder, you will introduce HirePrep to student organizations, clubs, and career services, helping to build a strong community of students using our platform.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startups, business development, marketing, and sales while working directly with the founder of a fast-growing startup. If you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and eager to make an impact, this role is designed for you.

What is HirePrep?

HirePrep is an AI-powered interview prep platform designed to help students ace high-stakes finance interviews. Trusted by students at top universities, HirePrep combines cutting-edge AI with real-world interview insights to transform preparation from guesswork into a streamlined, data-driven process.

Key Features:

  • AI-Optimized Mock Interviews – Simulate real interview conditions and receive personalized feedback.
  • 1,000+ Real Interview Questions – Practice technical and behavioral questions that top finance firms ask.
  • Dynamic Progress Tracking – Measure improvement with interactive dashboards, score tracking, and milestones.

HirePrep has been in its beta since November and is officially launching over the coming weeks.

What You’ll Do

As a Campus Co-Founder, you will have the creative freedom to drive growth at your school while leveraging the tools and support provided by HirePrep. Your responsibilities include:

  • Networking & Business Development – Connect with student leaders, career centers, and key decision-makers to establish partnerships.
  • Marketing & Outreach – Promote HirePrep through various social media channels and group chats to reach the right users.
  • KPI Tracking – Keep track of your results by using your unique access code and affiliate link when inviting individual users and making email introductions when bringing on new clubs/career center contacts.
  • Hosting Events & Engaging Students – Organize discussions, virtual events, and online campaigns to drive awareness and sign-ups.
  • Driving Growth & Earning Commissions – Receive 15% of revenue from every club or user you bring onto the platform, for the entire time you’re a Campus Co-Founder.
