Days/Hours-To be worked out between TMWRK and intern, less than 30 hrs weekly, min 3 days/week
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support management associates with day-to-day/business ops
- Update and maintain client calendars, one sheets, press clippings, promotional assets, databases and tour budgets
- Support in updating artist discographies, rights and income streams
- Monitor social media and marketing campaigns
- Help design various client assets including social media packages, artwork, and more
- Compile weekly upcoming concert calendar for internal distribution
- Assist in logistical coordination for various events, festivals/shows
- Opportunities to attend various industry events
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Design/audio/video editing experience a plus
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment as a self-starter who can take direction but work independently
- Possess strong communication and time management skills
- An approachable and positive attitude with a desire to learn
- Comfortable in both corporate and social environments
- Interest in both the music and entertainment industries
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Google docs, as well as experience with the Adobe creative suite
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Access to a personal laptop computer
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Junior or Senior in college
- Previous internship experience in the industry is preferred
- Preference given to those with music/entertainment related majors
TERMS:
- Internship is a minimum 3 month commitment
- Must be LA-based
- Candidate must have own car and laptop
- Must be available to come in 3+ days per week
- Internship is paid – Hourly - CA Min wage
- Candidates must be able to receive credit from their college or university
