Do you love bringing creative events to life? Are you passionate about immersive art, music, and cutting-edge tech? Want to gain hands-on experience planning Philadelphia’s first BioArt Hackathon and a series of events leading up to MycoFest—the oldest festival in the NorthEast merging mushrooms, art, and science?

🚀 Sera Phi is seeking an Event Planning Intern! 🚀

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Assist in organizing & coordinating events leading up to the BioArt Hackathon
✔️ Manage scheduling, logistics, and vendor relations
✔️ Support guest speakers, artists, and performers
✔️ Collaborate with social media & sponsorship teams to market events

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Passion for event planning, immersive experiences, and creative tech
✅ Strong organizational & multitasking skills
✅ Experience with event coordination, logistics, or production management (preferred but not required)
