S.M.A.R.T. AI Intern

Marketing & Operations Intern

Location: Remote  

Commitment: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)

At SMART AI Community, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant ecosystem where AI enthusiasts, professionals, and businesses collaborate to harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. As we embark on a three-week campaign to promote our exclusive workshop, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, data management, and event coordination within the AI community.

 

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Operations Intern who will play a pivotal role in our outreach, data tracking, and event coordination efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our workshop campaign.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Outreach and Partnerships:

Partner Identification: Research and identify potential partners, influencers, and relevant communities aligned with our workshop themes.

Communication: Draft and send outreach emails/messages to potential partners for collaborations and cross-promotions.

Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with partners, track responses, and follow up as necessary to secure promotional support.

 

2. Data Entry and Tracking:

Habit Tracker Management: Update and maintain the Excel habit tracker daily, ensuring all tasks and progress are accurately logged.

Campaign Metrics Tracking: Collect and organize data from various channels (social media, email campaigns, website analytics).

Reporting: Generate weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

 

3. Event Coordination:

Webinar Management: Assist in organizing and managing webinars, including setting up virtual meeting links, sending invitations, and handling technical aspects.

Logistics Planning: Coordinate workshop logistics, such as scheduling, attendee registration, and materials preparation.

Day-of Support: Provide support during the workshop to ensure smooth execution, handling any issues that arise in real-time.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of webinar and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Enthusiastic about AI and its applications in business.
