Creative Media Intern

Media Internship Program – RIG California

Location: RIG California (Orange County, CA)

Internship Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

Compensation: $2,000 stipend/scholarship per semester ($500/month)

What We’re Looking For

βœ… Videography & Editing Skills – Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
βœ… Creative & Trend-Savvy – Passion for storytelling, social media trends, and digital engagement.
βœ… Organized & Self-Motivated – Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
βœ… Experience in Live Production (Bonus!) – Familiarity with livestreaming, video switching, or church media production is a plus.
βœ… A Heart for Ministry – A committed believer who desires to use their media talents to serve the Kingdom.

Internship Schedule (Sample Week)

πŸ“† Sundays (4-6 hours): Film church services, capture photography, and assist with post-service content selection.
🎬 Mondays (3-4 hours): Edit sermon clips, plan content calendar, and schedule social media posts.
πŸ“± Tuesdays (3-4 hours): Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
🎞 Fridays (3-4 hours): Prepare for Sunday service, finalize content, and sync with the creative team.

Total Weekly Hours: 20-30 hours (flexible based on workload).
