Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and financial reports
• Perform due diligence activities, including reviewing historical financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
• Support the preparation of investor communications and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, and operational professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
