Granite Coordinator/Bookkeeper

Now Hiring an Experienced Scheduler/Coordinator/Bookkeeper for a Granite company in Pensacola, FL 

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicating with clients/customers in person, over the phone, and/or by email
  • Scheduling installations
  • Maintaining an accurate business calendar
  • Providing on-time reminders to clients/customers
  • Administrative tasks including (but not limited to): calling, emailing, coordinating & planning schedules, data-entry, bookkeeping 
  • MUST be able to work BOTH independently AND with as part of a team

PAY | $15/hr. and up (Depending on Experience)

SCHEDULE | Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

REQUIREMENTS | Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Qualified candidates will also have:

  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Attention-to-Detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience


This position is Temp to Hire. No benefits are offered during the Temp period.
