Marketing and Communications Intern

Modern Group is the Northeast’s leading industrial equipment dealer providing equipment, parts, and service to the material handling, construction, arborist, and power system industries.  We are looking to hire an intern in the Marketing Department to support our three divisions. This position gives the right candidate the opportunity to learn marketing operations, support campaigns, and create social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Create email blasts and email campaigns
• Social media management
• Support the marketing manager in campaign creation and data collection
• Help the sales representatives pursue quality leads
• Content creation including video editing

Required qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, digital marketing, communications or a related field of study.
• Any type of experience with Canva and Premiere Pro is a plus but not a requirement.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft business suite (Excell, Outlook, Word) is preferred.
• Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics

About the internship:

• This is a paid internship providing $18/hour
• Job will be on site at Modern’s Bristol PA
• Must have a form of transportation
• Compensation for travel possible depending on location
