Job Description:
Responsible for performing fundamental HR and communications tasks in alignment with company policies and procedures. This role will focus on revitalizing our intranet and creating engaging, high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and improving the company intranet.
- Create engaging content for internal communications.
- Support HR with drafting policies, announcements, and resources.
- Help organize and promote company events and initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in internal messaging.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with content management systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
