Job Description:

Responsible for performing fundamental HR and communications tasks in alignment with company policies and procedures. This role will focus on revitalizing our intranet and creating engaging, high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating and improving the company intranet.
• Create engaging content for internal communications.
• Support HR with drafting policies, announcements, and resources.
• Help organize and promote company events and initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in internal messaging.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with content management systems.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
