Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program
PACS Group, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program, a 6-9 month structured, hands-on experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in post-acute care facility management. Participants receive direct mentorship, real-world leadership training, and a clear pathway to licensure and full-time employment as a skilled nursing facility administrator.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrator-in-Training, you will:
- Lead & Manage – Oversee daily facility operations, including patient care, staffing, and compliance.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Learn state and federal healthcare regulations, ensuring the facility meets all standards.
- Financial & Business Oversight – Gain experience in budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Talent Development & Hiring – Work closely with HR to recruit, train, and retain top healthcare professionals.
- Strategic Planning – Implement policies and initiatives that enhance facility efficiency and quality of care.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Handle challenges with adaptability, from staff management to patient concerns.
- Community & Family Engagement – Build relationships with patients, families, and the community to maintain a strong reputation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Passion for healthcare leadership and a commitment to patient care.
- Willingness to relocate upon program completion to manage a PACS facility.
