Social Media Specialist
Social Media Specialist will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Little Red Book, and others to generate leads, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and social media expertise to effectively promote and sell our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell products through engaging and strategically crafted social media ads and posts on platforms including Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Little Red Book, and others.
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through social media channels, generating leads and driving them through the sales funnel.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via comments, direct messages, and posts, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues to drive conversions and build customer relationships.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and optimize sales strategies tailored to each social media platform to increase product visibility and sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of social media sales efforts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to continuously refine sales approaches and strategies.
