Sales Intern

 

Job Summary

EzKin has an immediate full-time opening for a Sales Internship. He or She will provide support to the business in a variety of tasks as a teammate. They will be a collaborative team player possessing superior attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently while addressing multiple issues. They may assist the manager by performing administrative and entry-level duties while they gain experience. The intern will conduct research, make calls, send emails, update records, attend meetings, and help maintain client relationships, among other tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, creative, and an excellent communicator. He or she reflects positively on the organization’s values and mission, is independent, is focused, has great attention to detail, and has exceptional customer service. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys dynamic positive office work and wants to create his/her successful career path at a growing company. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Creating company and promotional content
  • Answering and making phone calls to customers. Handle incoming calls, and emails, as well as provide excellent customer service through internal and external communications.
  • Cold calling potential customers.
  • Calling customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about products or services.
  • Track customer data and provide feedback to help improve the customer experience.
  • Assisting with sales presentations.
  • Participating in meetings with management, clients, or other staff members to discuss sales goals or marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining knowledge of competitor’s pricing and products.
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with new clients.
  • Help with marketing material and administrative needs.
  • May provide additional office support as necessary.
  • Become involved in business growth and take initiative in the position at the company.
  • Responsible for learning about EzKin Company’s computer systems, including how to use the company website, how to enter and track sales, and how to use our software.
  • Assisting/Managing EzKin Company’s social media accounts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and proven ability in attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Preferred understanding of working in a small company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent use of business-productive software and marketing/sales programs.
    • (Microsoft) and ability to learn other technology tools (work-related software).
  • Motivated, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, and personable.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.

Benefits

  • Job Type: Full Time 8:30 am-5 pm Monday -Friday. Up to 30 hours per week
  • This position will pay $ 16 per hour.
