Operations Intern

Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This is an entry-level position where you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, from CRM data management to warehouse assistance. As an intern, you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks that support the day-to-day functions of our operations team and contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Entry-Level CRM Cleanup

• Review and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.

2. Provision Hands Service

• Assist in the preparation and organization of equipment and services for distribution or installation.
• Ensure all necessary components are ready and available for the provision process.
• Provide support in customer-related tasks, addressing any inquiries or service needs.

3. Warehouse Assistance

• Support daily warehouse operations including organizing inventory and assisting with product packaging.
• Help with order fulfillment and ensure timely shipment.
• Conduct stock counts and assist in maintaining inventory records.

4. Data Entry and Reporting

• Assist with general data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Compile and organize reports for management to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for internal use.

5. Other Duties Assigned

• Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with special projects and collaborate with different teams within the organization.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Location
INS HQ - Richardson, TX office – Must live in Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area or be willing to relocate. There is no relocation package for this position.
