Overview: 

 Flexible on time ranges but duties would include the mesh of both companies. Ability to learn the dynamic world of entrepreneurship through the multifaceted fast past environment of tourism, corporate B2B sales, and event planning.. Job responsibilities include by not limited to: 

  • Answering phone and booking tours
  • CRM sales and pipeline management
  • Operations structure and workflow practices
  • Setting up walk through of station future events
  • Building sales and marketing materials
  • Project management responsibilities
  • Supporting sales outreach and inbound sales management
  • Wedding shuttle to confirm final details
  • Communication and schedule coordination of tour drivers
  • Confirmation duties of small and individual tours
  • Confirmation duties of large group tours
  • Assisting in maintaining log book
  • Day of event planning and coordination
  • Designing flier
  • Uploading events

Two social media posts for each company per day. Interactive and unique. Increase likes, engagement, and capture sales through on/off site activations. Click funnel management. Focus on different platforms for specific posts.
