Human Resources Intern
Support the Human Resource function in some or all of the following areas: employee relations, training, Continuous Improvement, employment, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, and leave administration for assigned departments.
Intern will perform the following under the guidance and direction of the department Manager/Leadership:
- Learn effective, responsive, and dedicated Human Resources customer service to employee and management inquiries and concerns in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters. Understanding the sensitivity and complex nature of such inquiries.
- Work within HRIS system and employee personnel files to maintain accurate employee records. Handle ongoing Human Resource administration/paperwork.
- Participate in special HR projects in a variety of possible areas including: job analysis and description creation, data maintenance, creation of tracking mechanisms, and other projects as assigned.

- Open to a flexible and fluid work environment. Work on any assignment as directed and flexibility to support limited multi-shift operations, training and testing.
