Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role:

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and brand stewardship.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.), maximizing ROI, tracking conversions, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficient in Office 365 (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, compelling ad copywriting, and design display graphics and videos.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, analyze data, and provide regular, insightful reports to clients, including actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain client digital brand presence, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, demonstrating measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics), and performance tracking methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, graphic and video design, and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining digital brand presence and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for supporting small businesses.
  • Experience working with diverse industries is highly desirable.
