Job Description:
As an Account Manager at NuRoof, you will be responsible for managing territories and generating sales for both insurance and retail roofing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking to expand our team with like-minded individuals - offering high quality customer service and step-by-step communication with the customer throughout the whole process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales both insurance and retail.
- Warm calling and cold calling to present, promote, and sell roofing products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Own the sales cycle from lead to close.
- Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans.
- Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.
- Identify process optimizations and be able to increase operational throughput.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales preferred (not required), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn CRM.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
Additional Information:
- You are in charge of your hours! Most Account Managers work 9-6pm M-F in the Summer or 11am-5pm in the Winter. You can work weekends, but it is not a requirement.

Compensation:
- Ability to earn over $150,000 on an annual basis
- Account Managers are paid on a salary + commission basis, earning a profit share for each roof sold and competitive bonus structure
- 15% commission on sold projects
- added 5% commission on self-generated projects
- added 5% commission on upsell work for insurance projects
