Program Support
CESA 7 is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to fulfill its Program Support opportunity.
Opportunity:
The Program Support role is responsible for assisting the Learning Services team, administrative team, and other departments as required. The primary functions including providing clerical support, communicating with customers, organizing events and services, bookkeeping, and other supportive functions. The positions requires excellent prioritization, customer service, and clerical support skills while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Duties:
- Assists with organizing and managing agency and program materials, supplies, and equipment
- Assists with organizing and managing:
- department budget data and grants
- schedules for school-based coaches
- contracts with vendors, speakers, instructors, and facilities
- program reports
- marketing, messages, materials, and arrangements for all events
- Serve as the agency receptionist
- Cross-collaboration with other areas of the Agency
- Complies with all CESA 7 policy and administrative directives
- Maintains confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in the Google suite of tools
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Associates degree or equivalent in administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office and Google suite of tools
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Working knowledge of Canva or other graphic design software
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or technology
