We’re looking for a visionary AI Visual Designer Intern to explore, create, and innovate using emerging AI-powered design and video tools. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real TV advertising campaigns while experimenting with the future of creative technology.

We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Portland and more. 

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a highly innovative and visionary AI Creative Visual Designer & Editor Intern to join our team 10-20 hours per week. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about learning and utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to redefine creative visual design and editing. We’re looking for someone who embraces outside-the-box problem-solving and possesses a deep curiosity about the intersection of art, technology and human imagination.

What you’ll do: 

• AI-Driven Design – Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative design software, AI editing platforms) to conceptualize and create innovative visuals and motion content. 
• Video Editing and Motion Design – Edit and refine visual assets for TV commercials, digital campaigns and marketing materials. 
• Creative Experimentation – Explore new AI design tools and techniques to enhance storytelling.
• Trend Research – Stay on the cutting edge of AI-driven creativity and share insights with our creative team.

What you’ll bring: 

• A portfolio showcasing strong design, video editing and AI-generated work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Runway, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, Adobe Firefly, Luma Dream Machine, Sora, Veo, etc.
• A passion for experimenting with AI and storytelling.
