Biotech/Medtech PR Account Coordinator

We are hiring!  Our company, TellMed Strategies, is a growing US-focused life sciences public relations firm with clients that include innovative biotechs and medtechs as well as patient-driven research organizations. This position is a full-time fully-remote position; however we are open to a part-time arrangement that can grow into a full-time position. We are seeking recent graduates or those with a few years of experience.  

The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter with a strong collaborative spirit, solid critical thinking skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. A basic knowledge of public relations is expected. Candidates must also have a proven interest in working in biology or other life sciences, biotech/pharma, medtech or clinical settings – this maybe through paid work, volunteer positions, classwork or other experiences.  

Our culture is very collaborative, and, with 15 team members, we have a semi-flat construct. Team environment and work-from-home arrangements promote positive integrated work-life balance. Current team members are primarily based in New Jersey but also live in California, Chicago, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, and our clients are located throughout the US.
