Associate Veterinarian

Lakeside Animal Hospital is searching for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are predominantly a small animal hospital (90%), with some exotics (~10%).  Located in Hermitage, TN (just minutes away from downtown Nashville), the area has lots to offer.  We are located on the edge of Percy Priest Lake and only a few miles from Old Hickory Lake!  With many greenways, dog parks, trails, and state parks, Hermitage is a great place to live and work.

We are currently a one doctor practice looking to add an associate veterinarian. Full-time or part-time options are available. Locally owned/operated, we strive to give our community the absolute best in veterinary care.  Lakeside is an AAHA accredited, full-service general practice hospital, and we have been nurturing the human-animal bond since 2015.

The ideal candidate must hold a current veterinary license in Tennessee, as well as a DEA license.  He/She must have effective communication skills, be able to work as a team, have a passion for learning, and enjoy providing exceptional care and education to our clients and patients.  Ultrasound experience is a plus! 

Salary is dependent on experience, and can range $100,000 and up.  In addition to salary, we offer medical/dental/vision insurance, a generous benefits package (such as paid days off, CE, etc), as well as a matching 401K!
