About the Role

This hybrid role blends client relationship management and project execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the client's internal advocate, working cross-functionally to address concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

Project Management & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and oversee client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success or customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to drive project outcomes and optimize processes.

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support renewal strategies and long-term contract negotiations.
  • Analyze client engagement data and feedback to develop strategies that drive revenue and retention.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account health, project progress, and revenue growth.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and improve client engagement.
  • Continuously assess and refine client success strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and retaining high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing projects, setting deadlines, and ensuring successful execution.
