Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, focusing on performance marketing, event planning and digital strategies. Responsibilities:
- Passion and understanding of free-standing emergency center services (training will be provided)

- Can lift up to 50 pounds and has the ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- Represents and elevates the company brand in the Mid County area, which includes but is not limited to Port Arthur, Nederland, Port Neches, Groves, and Sabine Pass.
- Builds and nurtures positive relationships within the medical community, school districts, the chamber of commerce's, local community organizations, and alike industries, through community outreach and involvement.
- Assistance in annual events, fundraisers, community events, contests and table events.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and billboards.
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and services offered.
- Manage a weekly and monthly budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and DMV background check.
- Proven experience in marketing or public relations and digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team while also being self-motivated.
Job Type and Hours:
- Full-time position (In person/not remote)
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Weekends as needed (Compensation time applies)
- After hours events as needed (Compensation time applies)
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (Depends on experience)
