Personal Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Yolanda Robinson, the owner of RHD Property. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of personal and professional tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management for Ms. Robinson. This position requires discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Tasks:

  • Manage personal appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) and ensure timely responses.
  • Run personal errands, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, etc.
  • Organize and maintain personal documents and files.
  • Plan and coordinate personal events, meetings, and engagements.

Professional Support:

  • Assist in organizing meetings and appointments related to RHD Property and its projects.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients on behalf of Ms. Robinson.
  • Help manage personal and business calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and assist with presentations, reports, and other professional documents as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with basic office duties such as filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.
  • Maintain a system for tracking and following up on action items and deadlines.
  • Provide assistance with personal and business-related correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling a variety of tasks.
  • Must be comfortable working in both personal and professional capacities.
