Personal Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Yolanda Robinson, the owner of RHD Property. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of personal and professional tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management for Ms. Robinson. This position requires discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Tasks:
- Manage personal appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) and ensure timely responses.
- Run personal errands, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, etc.
- Organize and maintain personal documents and files.
- Plan and coordinate personal events, meetings, and engagements.
Professional Support:
- Assist in organizing meetings and appointments related to RHD Property and its projects.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients on behalf of Ms. Robinson.
- Help manage personal and business calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and assist with presentations, reports, and other professional documents as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with basic office duties such as filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.
- Maintain a system for tracking and following up on action items and deadlines.
- Provide assistance with personal and business-related correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling a variety of tasks.
- Must be comfortable working in both personal and professional capacities.
