Intern with Fair Districts Pennsylvania

Internship Opportunity with Fair Districts Pennsylvania in Summer 2025

PA college students: Join us to spread the word about redistricting reform this summer!

Are you considering a career in law, politics, public policy or non-partisan leadership?

Would you like a non-partisan way to help strengthen democracy and representation in Pennsylvania?

Would you like to learn more about how our state government works and how citizens can participate?

If the answer to any of those is YES, consider a paid, part-time internship with Fair Districts PA this summer.

Fair Districts PA is a volunteer-led, grassroots movement working to end gerrymandering and amend the PA constitution to create an independent citizens redistricting commission. We expect to hire 10 2025 summer interns to help with community outreach by sharing information and collecting petition signatures in support of reform. Following a weekend of training and experience together with other interns and intern coordinators, most work will be done on weekends in partnership with local Fair Districts PA leaders and volunteers,

Since the goal is to spread the word in every corner of Pennsylvania, reliable transportation is essential, and occasional overnights away from home should be expected.
