Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and analytical intern team (5 to 7 members) to join our groundbreaking initiative focused on researching and promoting the global implementation of the 4-day work week for the overall society improvements that result from such implementation (families, schools, communities globally). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative workplace movement while gaining hands-on experience in public policy research, data analysis, and digital content development.

Project Description
Our organization is developing a comprehensive web platform that will serve as the definitive resource for understanding the mental health benefits of the 4-day work week and its broader societal impact (families, schools, communities, globally).

We are actively recruiting businesses of all sizes to participate in a groundbreaking three-month pilot program implementing the 4-day work week. This initiative includes providing consultation services and conducting thorough analysis of participating employees' experiences and outcomes. The platform will showcase evidence-based research, policy frameworks, and implementation strategies based on real-world pilot program data.

Intellectual Property & Revenue Structure
- Interns maintains full ownership of all original intellectual property
- 50/50 split of net proceeds from all commercial use of created works
- Retention of rights to use intellectual property in personal portfolio
- Co-branding opportunities on all products and materials
- Transparent quarterly revenue reporting and distribution

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting small businesses and corporations for a three-month 4 day work week pilot program
- Support the development and execution of consultation strategies for participating organizations
- Conduct surveys and interviews with pilot program participants
- Analyze employee feedback, productivity data, and wellbeing metrics throughout the pilot
- Create detailed reports on pilot program outcomes and recommendations
- Develop content for our web platform, including case studies and policy briefs
- Research and document successful tax incentive programs that could be adapted for 4-day work week initiatives
- Collaborate with policy experts to draft recommendations for corporate incentive structures
- Assist in creating engaging visualizations of pilot program data
- Support the development of resources for organizations transitioning to a 4-day work week
- Help maintain ongoing communication with pilot program participants
