As North Georgia Replacement Windows continues to grow, they are looking for driven, dynamic, high-energy individuals to add to their Brand Ambassador team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a personalized high touch customer service experience
  • Qualify leads prior to setting appointments for the sales team
  • Able to persuade and negotiate when it is required
  • Communicate with Lead Brand Ambassador weekly
  • Identifies problems and helps improve processes
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/BA team sales targets and lead quotas
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents when necessary
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
  • Proactively engage warehouse members or shows/events attendees
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, or other members of the management team

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma/GED, required
  • Two to three years of brand ambassador or sales experience, preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to drive to Atlanta area stores and trade shows
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate, read and write effectively in English
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs and CRMs (i.e., Salesforce) required
  • Professional appearance
  • Advocate for our customers when necessary
  • Proven technical ability to learn new systems and resources
