The Program Highlights 

Our Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Equity Trading, Equity Research Sales, and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) teams through a structured rotation program:  

Equity Trading Rotation: Immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of equity trading. Work alongside seasoned traders to analyze market trends, execute trades, and gain a comprehensive understanding of trading strategies, risk management, and market dynamics. 

Equity Research Sales Rotation: Partner with our research sales team to learn how they connect institutional clients with insights from equity research analysts. You'll observe client communications, assist with research distribution, and develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between market analysis and client decision-making. 

Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Rotation: Work closely with our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Sales teams to support capital-raising initiatives for clients worldwide. Participate in pitches, other related ECM activities and play a vital role in the active execution of transactions.

Qualifications 

• A rising senior in college or post-grad pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong academic record with minimum GPA 3.5.
• Basic understanding of financial services, trading, and investment concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Inquisitive and driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, intensive environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Applicants will need to submit a one-minute introductory video. 

Program Duration 

This is a 10-week paid internship, with each department rotation spanning approximately 3 weeks. You must be able to commit to the full program duration. The program begins with an orientation on June 4, 2025, followed by the first rotation starting on June 9, 2025, and concludes with final projects the week of August 1, 2025.
