Summary:
The Director of Enrollment Sales plays a vital role in growing day student enrollment by driving top-of-the-funnel interest, generating inquiries, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement. This innovative leader will cooperate with the team to design and execute programs and initiatives to attract prospective families, foster community connections, and ensure measurable growth in inquiries, event attendance, and enrollment conversions.
In addition to enrollment initiatives, the Director will manage enrollment marketing-related activities, including website management, social media, public relations, and advertising efforts, to enhance the school’s brand and visibility to increase enrollment. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Enrollment and the Enrollment Coordinator while ensuring the seamless integration of marketing and enrollment efforts to meet the school’s strategic goals.

Program Development and Execution
- Design and implement engaging programs that generate interest in the school, including:
- Sports and theater clinics.
- Summer and vacation camps.
- Specialized classes or activities in arts, sciences, and athletics.
- Oversee all aspects of program execution, including communication, logistics, promotional materials, and tracking participation metrics.
Community Outreach
- Assist the Enrollment team in building and maintaining relationships with elementary schools, community organizations, and local businesses to expand awareness of the school’s offerings.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for approval by the enrollment team for all enrollment activities, such as flyers, newsletters, and event invitations, ensuring consistency with the school’s branding.
Lead Generation and Funnel Management
- Strategically drive inquiries through innovative outreach programs, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Coordinator and Enrollment Director to manage leads through the enrollment funnel, ensuring seamless handoffs for personalized follow-up.
- Regularly assess and refine outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates at each stage of the enrollment process.
Marketing and Communications
- Manage and update the school’s website and social media platforms to ensure engaging, accurate, and consistent content aligned with enrollment goals. Create and schedule social media posts, respond to inquiries, and track engagement metrics.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns (print, digital, and social media) to increase visibility and drive inquiries. Write and distribute press releases and proactively promote school achievements.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns to support enrollment initiatives. Develop promotional strategies for enrollment events, including open houses and clinics, to maximize attendance and impact.
Event Planning and Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of small and large enrollment events, including open houses, specialty workshops, and clinics, to attract prospective families.
- Ensure all event communications and logistics are handled efficiently to create a positive experience for attendees.
Metrics and Reporting
- Collaborate with the team to establish clear goals and KPIs for programs, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Using the enrollment database, create a dashboard to track and regularly report on outcomes, including event attendance, inquiries, and enrollment conversions, creating a team dashboard.
Performance Metrics
- Enrollment Growth: Demonstrated increase in inquiries and conversions.
- Event Success: Attendance and engagement at events, camps, and clinics.
- Marketing Impact: Increased visibility and engagement on digital platforms, including social media and website.
- Brand Consistency: High-quality and consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Community Engagement: Strong relationships with local organizations and prospective families.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, or sales, preferably in a Catholic or independent school setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, website management, CRM,and analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative ideas.
- Data-driven with experience in tracking and reporting outcomes to inform decision-making.
Language Ability:
Comfortable and capable of representing the institution in multiple contexts, both orally and in writing.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practicalproblems and deal with a variety of concrete variablesin situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excel and Blackbaud.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Newly hired employees will have a background check and MVR completed
- Required to completed Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, Preventing Child Sexual Abuse Training and Van Safety Training.
