Swing Phi is seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our innovative team. In This Role, You Will:

  • Collaborate with designers on user-centered projects, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Assist with user research, synthesizing insights to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Learn and apply accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Explore and integrate the latest design tools and technologies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions effectively.

You Have:

  • A passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a keen eye for design.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of usability principles and the fundamentals of user-centered design (UCD).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
