Associate Business Analyst

Role Overview:

Ready to jumpstart your career with a leading software platform and solutions provider, specializing in serving customers focused on solving complex, business-rule-driven problems?  Sagitec is looking for an entry-level Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in the exciting world of pension systems modernization. This is your chance to collaborate with architects, software engineers, and clients to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using our Neospin™ Pension product. You’ll help solve real-world challenges, impacting on the way pension systems work and how they’re improving lives!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with client teams, developers, and testers throughout the design, testing, and implementation of impactful solutions.

Client Interaction: Attend meetings with client experts to clarify business needs and understand how to best implement solutions.

Support Design & Testing: Assist in the design of the product and help prepare test cases, contributing to every stage of the process.

Travel & Flexibility: Gain exposure to client sites across the country (up to 25-50% travel) and be part of teams working across US and International time zones.

Real-World Impact: Take part in launching and supporting systems that will directly impact on people’s financial futures and improve business processes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

A Degree: We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Math, Business, or related. Bonus points if you’ve got a Master’s!

Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also self-motivated when it comes to delivering results.

Analytical & Problem-Solver: You’ll tackle tasks head-on, finding creative solutions that address the root cause of problems.

Communication Skills: You can translate complex tech talk into simple terms for people who may not be as tech-savvy.

GPA & Experience: A 3.0 GPA or higher is great, and if you’ve had a big project or internship (or even worked on a class project), we want to know about it!

Tech Skills: Knowledge of SQL and data structures is required, and an interest in diving deeper into the world of business solutions and product configurations will set you up for success.

Flexibility: Be open to working with clients across different time zones and occasionally traveling to new locations for client-facing activities.

 

Preferred (but not required):

Familiarity with AGILE or waterfall methodologies.

Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or CASE tools.

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps™ or business intelligence tools.
