Our Program 

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a foundational global initiative focused on developing talent for ION’s growing operations around the world. The program provides an opportunity for outstanding college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast paced global FinTech firm. 

Analysts will spend the first 18 months of their career in 3 unique, 6-month rotations in Support, Deployment and Product Management. At the end of their 3 rotations, analysts will transition into a Client Services Analyst role.   

 

What you'll do 

In the role of a Client Services Analyst, you will support, implement ION Products and be the voice of customers, helping build ION products for our customers including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 global corporations.  

As a Client Services Analyst you will work with ION customers to: 

  • Analyze technical and functional issues and communicate appropriately with customers or internal teams as necessary  
  • Deploy ION products and work with customers on their projects  
  • Analyze data to determine usage trends and recommend optimum solutions  
  • Automate repetitive tasks  
  • Work effectively within teams with minimal supervision  

 

General Responsibilities 

  • Resolve complex business issues and communicate effectively to Internal teams and ION clients. 
  • Gather regular feedback from ION customers and communicate to internal teams.  
  • Build in-depth understanding of ION customers, their business requirements and how they are using ION products.  
  • Work with internal teams for continuous improvement.  
  • Automate complex business processes and make a positive impact to client businesses. 
  • Reduce business process complexity. 
  • Increase organizational efficiency through automation. 
  • Liberate people from performing repetitive manual tasks. 
  • Help ION’s clients gain a competitive advantage by using our products. 
  • Own client relationships through excellent, timely, and efficient solutions & service 
  • Operate in a follow-the-sun support model providing excellent services to ION customers.  

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2025 graduation 
  • 3.3 GPA or above (transcript required) 
  • STEM, Business, or Economics degrees required 
  • Authorization to work in selected country without restriction or need for sponsorship 
  • Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom 
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and / or technology industries, including one or more relevant internship experiences  
  • Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset 
  • Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do 
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem
