New Business Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Business Sales Representative to join our growing recruitment sales team. This remote opportunity is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional who excels at generating new business opportunities in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales within recruitment agencies or direct sales with companies.

As a New Business Sales Representative, you will identify and secure one to two new business accounts per month while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities in recruitment sales.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to target companies in need of recruitment services.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, prospects, and client communications.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets of 1 to 2 new business accounts per month.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand client hiring needs and pain points to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the recruitment agency space or direct recruitment sales with companies.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business deals consistently.
  • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Recruitment Industry Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment services, hiring processes, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage a remote sales process and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing tools, and sales tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts within the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Experience working independently as a 1099 contractor.
  • Strong understanding of market trends in talent acquisition and workforce solutions.
