We’re searching for a Community Management to lead our Velo Insider program, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our community and driving growth. Preferably bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • Shaping Our Community Strategy
  • Lead with Creativity: Take the reins in developing and refining the Velo Insider program, infusing it with your unique creative vision to drive engagement and growth.
  • Strategic Growth: Set inspiring goals and use innovative approaches to expand our reach, boost sales, and deepen our brand’s impact.
  • Engage Our Community: Build strong relationships with our top clients, crafting personalized communication strategies that resonate on a human level.
  • Communicating Across Teams
  • Collaborate & Lead: You’ll be the bridge between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working together seamlessly. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively across departments is key to driving projects forward.
  • Innovate & Improve: Monitor the success of our initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance our approach. Your insights and feedback will help shape our future.
