Systems Coordinator
The Systems Coordinator will report directly to the Technical Director and is tasked with sustaining the daily operation and long-term success of Digital Inventory. This position requires a solid understanding of IT and AV systems, Firewall Rules and Whitelisting, great attention to detail, familiarity with HTML and Dynamic Content, and a commitment to excellence.
Core responsibilities of the Systems Coordinator include the following, but are not limited to:
● Monitoring Health and Heartbeat of Media Players in the field, primarily via ConnectWise Automate/Control. o Oversee updates and patching policies
● Remote and Physical troubleshooting of Media Players and Screens o Documenting and re-configuring IP Addresses for devices in the field or troubleshooting LED Processor EDIDs at the media player level as needed.
● Collaboration with Property Network teams o Ensure Pearl Media devices have all open ports and required functionality such as UDP/TCP Communications, External Servers are Whitelisted, Programmatic Ad Requests are successful.
● Procuring and configuring replacement devices as needed
● Ensuring compliance with network cybersecurity and PC image efficiency.
● Coordinating and Assisting with Digital Network Maintenance and upgrades.
● Designing new systems and re-designing legacy systems to increase efficiency
● Running quality checks to identify gaps.
● Management of Pearl’s digital inventory o Living document tracking all field devices and any related outages, unique system’s properties or related specifications o Communication with Sales/Operations teams regarding maintenance or outages o Other administrative documentation/organization, as needed
● Contribute to developing team objectives as new technologies, vendors or industry updates become known
● Occasional onsite troubleshooting/repair assistance
● Other limited travel, as required
● Flexible after-hours availability/responsiveness, as required
