Extended Care Teacher

Montessori Center Room (MCR) is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Enrichment staff. The Enrichment staff is responsible for the care of the children after their regular school day.


Enrichment Staff Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Enrichment Lead Coordinator to execute the activities and schedule for the Enrichment program (to include Lunch, Rest and Nap)
  • Participate in the set-up and close-up of the Enrichment classroom each day
  • Support the Enrichment Lead Coordinator in creating activities and preparing materials
  • Develop and maintain a constructive rapport with children and parents
  • Support children in activities that are fun and educational
  • Collaborate with teachers to foster an environment that is inviting and nurturing for each child
