Human Resources Intern
Position Summary
The Human Resources/Payroll Intern assists the Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Coordinator with day-to-day Human Resources tasks, onboarding of summer staff, and data entry of bi-weekly payroll, as well as administratively supporting the Ministry.
Key Job Functions
· Accurately process online onboarding documents
· Run criminal background checks
· Complete data entry of summer staff hours for bi-weekly payroll
· Respond to questions regarding onboarding and payroll
· Maintain personnel records
· Complete other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications Requirements
· Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of SpringHill
· Able to work while maintaining a high level of discretion with sensitive staffing information
· Detail oriented and well organized
· Excellent typing and computer skills
· Completion of a minimum of one year of college preferred
· Human Resources or related major preferred
