COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Quick Hand Logistics is a third-party lumping and yard jockey service, located in Southern California. We operate in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and OC/LB County.
Job Summary:
The marketing Coordinator will execute effective industry business development strategies, support growth target goals, and enhance brand awareness. Your primary focus will be coordinating various marketing efforts, including capturing visual imagery (photography and videography), event support and content creation, and optimizing marketing campaigns through innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Business Development team in daily administrative tasks.
- Capture compelling visual imagery through field photography and videography.
- Prepare captivating and accurate promotional materials for targeted clientele.
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as marketing collateral, website, and social media.
- Develop effective content to use in promotional materials, including engaging short-format videos, editorial and social media imagery, and graphics for marketing collateral.
- Support marketing and business development efforts for trade shows, conferences, and events, including distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
- Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies and apparel providers.
- Conduct research to analyze competitive market trends and competitor behavior.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Previous internship or course work in marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Attention to detail and very creative.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Able to bend, lift, stoop, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity, if necessary.
- Looking at a computer screen for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear and understand audible signals and instructions in a noisy environment.
- Good vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
- Exposure to loud noises and vibration.
- Clear verbal and nonverbal communication abilities to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Ability to move through warehouse/offices safely.
