Position

 

We are presently in search of outstanding real estate brokers and agents. We specifically seek the cream of the crop, encompassing both established professionals and newcomers eager to fully engage. We seek individuals with untapped potential, aspiring to become the finest version of themselves in the real estate industry. Open positions encompass land brokerage and investment sales across various specialized sectors. These sectors encompass land, multifamily, mixed-use properties, mobile home parks, office spaces, industrial complexes, retail outlets, healthcare facilities, hospitality ventures, student and senior housing, manufacturing properties, self-storage facilities, restaurants, and single tenant net lease properties.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Active real estate salesperson or broker license in Florida
  • Ability to generate new business through proactive cold calling and connection making
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good morals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Understanding of financial analysis, terms and principles
  • Sales and negotiation training and/or experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Products (ex: Word, Sheets, etc.)
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter. Can identify a need and work toward a solution without requiring direction
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong research, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships – proven record of providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally
  • Effective time manager – proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Brings high energy, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is driven to succeed
  • Keen ability to work efficiently, whether autonomously or as a member of a team
