Real Estate Paralegal

We are a full-service law firm located in Monmouth County, NJ, with multiple offices throughout the Tri-State area. As our team grows, we are looking to hire experienced paralegals to support our expanding transactional department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the legal field, especially in transactional and/or foreclosure work.

Please note that this is a fully in-office position; remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting legal correspondence and formal documents.
  • Provide support in the preparation and organization of legal paperwork, including loan documents.
  • Help review basic documents such as loan documents, title work and entity documents.
  • Communicate with clients, answering phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain case management systems with accurate case information.
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks related to foreclosures and other legal matters.
  • Keep clients informed on the progress of their cases.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Eagerness to develop skills and gain experience in a legal setting.
  • At least two years' of experience in a law firm as a paralegal or similar role
