As a Software Development Intern, you will embark on a 11-week exciting journey, working on impactful projects that allow you to develop essential engineering skills and contribute to meaningful advancements in our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Scientific Software Application: Contribute to a large scientific software application (Windows) which is part of all Zygo metrology solutions.
- Programming Concepts: Apply a solid understanding of programming concepts and theory.
- Team Collaboration: Work within the team structure while receiving proper guidance and support.
- Tailored Projects: Engage in projects tailored to your experience level, which may include signal processing, large refactoring efforts, hardware control, and UX design.
Preferred Majors or Coursework
- Computer Science
- Physics
- Mathematics
Skills and Qualifications
- Programming Skills: Strong understanding of programming concepts and theory.
