Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Philadelphia, PA | Media, PA | Omaha, NE | Nashville, TN

Salary Expectations: 60K-70K yearly salary, based on experience and abilities
Benefits: 12 yearly vacations days (received monthly), 24 rarely sick days (received monthly)

Position Overview

Unlimited Robotics, an innovative robotics company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solutions Architect to drive initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet objectives and finding solutions for problems arising from on site projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement while implementing innovative solutions on site.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Execution
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless workflows.
    • Hire new team members when required.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Assign tasks, clarify roles, and cultivate a collaborative environment.
    • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Risk Management & Resolution
    • Identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop strategies to address them.
    • Resolve conflicts and roadblocks effectively to maintain progress and team morale.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track progress and deliver regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading projects, preferably in robotics.
  • Technical & Professional Skills
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • High technical abilities, both hardware and software
    • Knowledge of robotics, electronics or software engineering - big plus!
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Proven ability to find innovative solutions, lead, motivate, and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with change management practices and client engagement.
  • Experience in robotics / hardware / electronics.
