Center Based BCBA position available! 

Come explore an exciting full-time opportunity to join our family-owned organization as a BCBA. RCS has been operating in Massachusetts since 1997. This role is tailor-made for individuals seeking experience working with students with Autism within an ethically grounded environment. Full-time, Monday – Friday. This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.   

RCS Benefits Include:

  • Annual salary, rates are dependent on education, experience, and certification/licensure. Rates start at $70,000/year.

Qualifications: 

  • work with individuals with Autism 
  • develop skill acquisition programs 
  • create function-based behavior support plans 
  • complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments 
  • proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings 
  • possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills 
  • must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA) 
  • ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience 
  • comfortable working with kids ages 6-22 years old
