Job Description and Duties 

Provide Level 1 and 2 support for client technology environment. Collaborate with other technical staff to find solutions and resolve issues on information technology devices. Serve as a drone operator to perform defined data collection activities in the field. Develop training materials and maintain information technology inventory. Follow the department's security standards and policies.
