Contract Document Review Attorney

Level Legal is seeking highly skilled contract document review attorneys. In this position, you will work on important remote document review projects, leveraging your license from anywhere in the United States. You will bring extensive experience in privilege review, searches, quality control, and project management to each matter.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Project Details:

• Location: Remote – must reside in the U.S.
• Pay Rate: $28/hour flat rate.
• Estimated Duration: this is a contractor position, and the average project duration is two to eight weeks, but this is subject to change.
• Typical weekly hours: 40 hours/week minimum, with the ability to work additional hours.
• Experience: prior remote document review experience preferred and listed on the resume.
• License: must have an active one in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Authorization: must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is unavailable. 
• Technology Requirements: High-speed internet access in a private home office, a PC with Windows 10 or newer operating system, MacBooks with macOS 12.0 or newer. Headphones and a webcam.

Important Advisory

If selected for one of our projects, you will be in a 1099 role, compensated as a self-employed contractor and not a traditional employee. Level Legal will not withhold any taxes from your payments and will not provide a W-2 form at year's end. You will be responsible for managing and paying your local, state, and federal taxes.
