Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT/PT)

What would you do in this role?

As a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on patient's needs to be related to neurological, pain, and headache. You will work closely with neurologists and other providers to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.

Collaborate closely with neurologists, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Evaluate and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and strategies to manage their conditions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Passed the Maryland Jurisprudence Examination.

Possession of a valid Maryland Physical Therapy License from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy.

2-3 years of experience preferred in physical therapy, Ideally in a neurology or related setting.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Accountable for their work, punctual, excellent verbal and written communication, and a team player.
